More than a decade of turning human rights into policy, curricula and practice, with a deep commitment to coexistence.
My work centres on one question: how do societies protect human dignity across deep religious and cultural difference? I answer it by bringing together Islamic jurisprudence, international human rights law, interfaith studies, psychology and neuroscience. My focus is always the same: aligning inner character with outer systemic action.
Over the past decade, I have led education and dialogue at the Abrahamic Family House, served as Executive Director of the Bahrain Trust Foundation, advised government on human rights policy, and co-wrote Bahrain's national human rights law curriculum. Today, I speak at international forums, write on faith, ethics and human rights, and will soon launch Because We're Human, a bilingual podcast on coexistence and our shared humanity.
